American Advertising Federation Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Chapter Endowed Scholarship in Marketing
The American Advertising Federation Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Chapter Endowed Scholarship in Marketing was established in May 1989 by the former Advertising Club of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. The scholarship is awarded to a full-time junior or senior student who is majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) or a related field. The scholarship recipient must possess an overall GPA of 2.75 or above and an overall GPA of 3.0 or above in his/her chosen major. The scholarship recipient is selected by the University Scholarship Committee. The Board of Directors of The American Advertising Federation Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Chapter receives the name of the recipient before the selection is announced.
The American Advertising Federation Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Chapter Endowed Scholarship in Marketing, formerly known as The Advertising Club of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s Scholarship Fund, was established with an initial gift of $6,000: $5,500 for the fund’s endowment and $500 for the first annual award, which was given in the fall of 1989. A minimum $500 scholarship will be granted each year.
