S.T.R.I.V.E. Scholarship
The Success Through Resilience, Initiative, Values, and Endurance (S.T.R.I.V.E.) Scholarship was established in 2013 by College of Business Administration Honors Students at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. Amber Kern, Jordan Pana, and Liz Weber had the desire to help fellow students who, because of financial difficulties, are unable to finish their degrees. The founding students wish to support the efforts of other hardworking students toward degree completion just as they had been supported by others throughout their educational career.
The donated funds for the S.T.R.I.V.E Scholarship will offer assistance to deserving students enrolled at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ College of Business Administration and majoring in business. The recipients must demonstrate persistence toward completing their degrees and financial need for the scholarship. Students who have completed 100 credit hours or more and have a minimum GPA of 2.8 are eligible to apply.
The College of Business Administration Scholarship Selection Committee will select recipients. The Committee will consider several factors, such as financial need, credit hours completed, and GPA, with consideration given to each student’s individual situation.
