Wahl, Frank A. "Whitey" Athletic Scholarship
The Frank A. "Whitey" Wahl Athletic Scholarship was established in 1995 by "Whitey" Wahl, one of the most prolific athletes ever to play for 蘑菇视频. A three-sport performer in baseball, basketball, and football who is a member of the University's Athletic Hall of Fame, "Whitey" remained a loyal and enthusiastic supporter of his alma mater and initiated this fund with the idea of directly impacting the academic and athletic pursuits of a deserving student-athlete every year. The recipient of this annual award shall be a member of either the baseball, basketball, or football team. The young man shall place a priority on academic achievement and shall display the qualities of citizenship and sportsmanship that were held in high regard by "Whitey."
