Fred and Sandi Storck strongly believe that “you should never take more than you give” and your effort need to help others. The Fred and Sandi Storck Scholarship in Marketing will ease the financial burden for deserving students facing hardship.
The Storcks have had successful careers in the consumer products and real estate industries. Fred graduated from UA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1975, majoring in marketing. He has spent more than 40 years in sales and marketing positions in both large and small food companies. When he lived on campus as a student, he could look out his residence hall window and see the Quaker Square silos, originally part of The Quaker Oats Company. He never dreamed he would work for Quaker in a variety of sales and marketing roles for 20 years. In 2007, he and Sandi moved to Colorado where he worked for Beyond Meat, a plant-based meat corporation focused on positively impacting four growing global issues: human health, climate change, constraints on natural resources, and animal welfare. Fred was with the company for six years and his career success led him to a senior sales leadership role prior to retiring in 2020.
Sandi is a 1976 graduate of C.W. Post Long Island University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Design degree and a Minor in Education. She has been a realtor since 1983, enjoying a successful career in a variety of markets across the U.S. She is recognized as one the top agents in the Coldwell Banker organization and leader of the Storcknest Team in Colorado.
